About Lemartec-NV2A JV

The Lemartec-NV2A JV , formed by MasTec companies Lemartec Corporation and NV2A Group , was created to deliver the next generation of aviation and transportation infrastructure. Combining the local presence and market knowledge of two South Florida-based builders with the resources of a national construction leader, the JV offers the agility of a local team and the strength of MasTec's network of more than 40,000 professionals across North America and the Caribbean.

With more than 50 years of combined construction experience, the JV's leadership and project professionals have contributed to the successful delivery of more than $8.5 billion in airport and seaport infrastructure projects . Their experience spans terminal developments, transportation facilities, operational support buildings, and other critical infrastructure, bringing firsthand expertise in phased construction, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery within active operational environments. MIA CONCOURSE K

Expansion of the existing Miami International Airport (MIA) South Terminal with the design and construction of a new Concourse K with six (6) contact gates, associated apron and jet fuel hydrant service, Cruise Bus Station and 20th Street Modifications, a ground support equipment (GSE) maintenance facility and modifications to the existing Baggage Handling System (BHS) to provide for a crossover from the Central Terminal to the South Terminal and the installation of two (2) new make-up (carousel) facilities in the new Concourse K. The project is located east of the existing South Terminal.

RCCL PORTMIAMI CRUISE TERMINAL G COMPLEX

The new Cruise Terminal G complex at PortMiami is being delivered as a design-build project for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. The project entails a multi-level, single-berth terminal building to accommodate up to 7,000 passengers, a multi-story parking garage with ground-level bus parking and designated passenger drop-off areas. The new cruise terminal is targeting LEED Silver certification.

MIA Concourse F to H Interconnector

The scope of this project includes constructing and renovating airport facilities to improve passenger connectivity between Concourses F, G, and H at Miami International Airport. Work consists of building a new multi-level connector structure with elevators, escalators, and circulation pathways; completing tenant relocations to prepare areas for subsequent construction activities; and converting existing office and operational spaces into secure and sterile passenger corridors. The project will be executed within an active airport environment and requires careful coordination to maintain ongoing airport operations. Upon completion, the improvements will enhance passenger circulation, streamline connections between concourses, and support more efficient airport and airline operations.
